About Holly:

Holly takes a nonjudgmental trauma-informed approach, recognizing the somatic components of mental health. She’s especially interested in working with neurodiverse adults and teens. She believes that a mental health diagnosis isn’t something you need to be afraid of, rather it can be a key to discovering your superpowers, what you really want out of your life, and how to get it. 
Holly travels nationwide and internationally to cofacilitate somatic and spiritual retreats.
